Every driver listed on this platform commits to honouring the price shown in their final quote and booking confirmation. If a driver later asks for more than the agreed amount, our Booked Price Guarantee refunds you the difference.
What is covered
- The price you agreed in the booking confirmation is the price you pay.
- No hidden fees, no surprise additions, no last-minute increases.
- If you pay more than the agreed amount, we refund the difference.
How to make a claim
- Send an email to admin@srilankacaranddriverhire.com within 7 days of the booking ending.
- Include your booking reference and supporting documentation (the original quote, confirmation, and proof of the actual amount paid such as a photo of the receipt or bank transfer).
- We review each claim individually and may contact you for additional information.
Refund details
- Approved refunds are paid via PayPal.
- The refund covers the difference between the booked price and the amount actually paid.
- The maximum reimbursement per booking is USD 500.
Final authority
The platform reserves the right to review each claim on its merits and make the final decision. We will always communicate the outcome clearly.
